MARVEL VS. FOX: POSSIBILI NUOVE CONFERME SULLA 'GUERRA' TRA STUDIOS

Che tra la Marvel e la Twentieth Century Fox (che detiene i diritti di sfruttamento cinematografico dei personaggi degli X-Men, Fantastici 4, Deadpool, Gambit, Silver Surfer...) non scorresse buon sangue, lo sapevamo da tempo.
Mentre la Marvel è riuscita a collaborare con Sony Pictures per Spider-Man, tanto da avere un reboot in programmazione per il 2017, sembra che la situazione con la Fox sia drasticamente differente.
Ricorderete tutti che la Fox inserì Quicksilver in X-Men - Giorni di un futuro passato dopo che la Marvel ufficializzò la partecipazione del personaggio in Avengers: Age of Ultron (insieme a Scarlet Witch è uno dei pochi personaggi che condividono entrambi gli studios). Inizialmente, al posto di Quicksilver, era, infatti, previsto il Fenomeno. Cosi come la Fox ha deciso di mettere in cantiere, quasi in fretta e in furia, un reboot sui Fantastici 4 (Fantastic 4 - I Fantastici Quattro, in uscita a settembre in Italia) piuttosto che ridare i personaggi in mano alla Casa delle Idee. Di tutta battuta, secondo i più 'cattivi', la Marvel ha 'tagliato' fumetti e merchandise legato ai personaggi in mano alla Twentieth Century Fox.
Una potenziale conferma da questa 'guerra' arriva dalla XM Studios Premium, che realizza statue e diorama in licenza per la Marvel. La compagnia stava realizzando un diorama incentrato su una Sentinella con Rogue, Colosso e Nightcrawler ma, sebbene i lavori fossero quasi terminati, ha comunicato su Facebook che tale diorama non vedrà mai la luce.
"Ragazzi, è stato un giorno triste per tutti noi" si legge nel comunicato "Per ragioni che non possiamo dirvi, ci è stato chiesto di non realizzare più merchandise legato agli X-Men per ora. Questo vuol dire che Cable non verrà rilasciato né quel diorama sulla Sentinella."
L'unica statua che verrà rilasciata sarà quella su Fenice in quanto "pronta per essere distribuita". La stessa sorte è relegata ai prodotti sui Fantastici Quattro, in quanto XM Studios Premium ha aggiunto "Non possiamo produrre nemmeno più merchandise legato ai Fantastici 4... c'è lo stesso problema".

Londonderry explosion: 'Firebomb' explodes in Everglades Hotel

No-one was injured in the explosion but the reception area was extensively damaged A masked man has thrown what police have described as a "firebomb" into the reception area of a Londonderry hotel. Costruito sul modello dell'uomo, si muove con grande libertà e può valutare situazioni critiche. Valkyrie, il robot della Nasa. Thailand army continues crackdown after coup

Thailand's military has ordered 35 more people, including prominent academics, to report to them by Saturday afternoon as the post-coup crackdown continues. The move comes a day after the army ordered more than 100 politicians, including ex-PM Yingluck Shinawatra, to come to the military council. Ms Yingluck was detained in Bangkok on Friday and spent the night in custody. Many on the army's latest list have previously been charged with speaking or acting against the monarchy. Meanwhile, several hundred protesters have taken to the streets of Bangkok to show their anger at military's seizure of power, defying a ban on large gatherings. Anti-coup banners were unfurled as they arrived at Victory Monument. Officials said the former prime minister would not be held for more than a week but insisted that her detention was necessary while matters in the country were "organised".
